The Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA) organises the annual conference on research in food safety, this year with the focus on contaminants in the food chain. The event is supported by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and is held in-person.
The increasing complexity of global food systems and the diverse sources of contaminants in food, feed and food contact materials highlights the importance of collaborations. This conference serves as a platform to foster collaborations within Luxembourg and beyond with invited speakers from our neighbouring countries and EFSA.
Date: Thursday 10. October 2024, 14h-19h, followed by reception (registration desks open at 13h30)
Place: Auditorium of the Centre National Sportif et Culturel d'Coque, 2 Rue Léon Hengen, 1745 Kirchberg Luxembourg
Participation is free of charges, however, the registration is mandatory.
